Our Offerings
Powerful change can happen when you wake your inner physician.
Our
specialties
Functional Medicine
An evidence-based, whole-person approach that seeks to resolve the root cause of disease, not just suppress symptoms. By exploring the full range of factors that impact our health, we allow for highly individualized and effective treatment.
Naturopathy
A practice in the root cause of medicine and believing in the body’s innate ability to heal itself. Integrating nature’s healing power with modern scientific knowledge, we treat the whole person to foster sustainable, lasting health for physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
Acupunture
Acupuncture is a gentle, holistic therapy that uses ultra-fine needles to support the body’s natural ability to heal, rebalance, and restore flow. It works with your nervous system, hormones, and energy pathways to ease pain, calm stress, improve digestion and sleep, and bring you back into alignment with yourself.
Nutrition
Nutrition is the very foundation of our health and well-being. However, we live in a world where chemicals, environmental toxins, refined sugar, and mass manufacturing has left us with nutritionally-deficient, health-disrupting food.
APPLIED KINESIOLOGY
Commonly known as “muscle-testing”, Applied Kinesiology believes in the ‘triad of health’ - that wellness requires the balance of chemical, mental, and structural factors, and that imbalance in one area can lead to symptoms in another.
Energy Healing
Energy healing is a non-invasive practice that works with the body’s natural energy flow to address physical, emotional, and energetic imbalances. By clearing blockages and restoring balance, it promotes overall well-being.
Neuro Emotional Technique
NET combines techniques and principles from Traditional Chinese Medicine, Chiropractic, and Applied Kinesiology to quickly identify and correct physiological imbalances caused by emotional stress, restoring natural balance.
Peptides are short chains of amino acids that are produced naturally in the body. Each peptide binds to a specific cell receptor and signals distinct intracellular responses, ultimately influencing how we look, feel, and function.
Many of these effects include triggering the release of essential hormones that begin to decline as we age, which is why supplementing with peptides can be highly beneficial for some individuals.
Since different peptides target distinct cell receptors with high specificity, they can be tailored to improve a range of areas, including body composition, aging, cognitive function, neurological function, and gut health.
They are also considered very safe and well-tolerated due to their natural occurrence in the body. Currently, compounded peptides are not approved by the FDA and are intended for research purposes only.

You are in complete control of your health journey, so ultimately, it’s up to you! After your first consultation, our doctors will provide you with an initial plan that can be followed for up to 3 months. After a maximum of 3 months, we highly recommend scheduling a consultation to follow up on your progress and allow our doctors to make any necessary adjustments to your plan.
They may also recommend repeating lab tests to monitor your progress and identify any changes your body is experiencing. Like with any other goal, consistency and accountability are key to seeing results.
-
Your first visit will last approximately one hour and includes a detailed health history, a comprehensive orthopedic, neurological, and physical examination, and a nutritional evaluation. If beneficial, we’ll recommend lab work to help us gain a clearer understanding of your biochemistry. We’ll examine your life holistically, discuss your health goals, and develop a personalized treatment plan to help you achieve them.
Follow-up appointments are typically 15-40 minutes long and often incorporate techniques from other healing modalities, such as Applied Kinesiology, Chiropractic, Craniosacral Therapy, and Breathwork. -
This can vary depending on the complexity of your specific case, how much you invest in improving your health, and how consistently you follow your plan. For most people, you can expect to start feeling a difference in the first 3 months.
Significant changes can take anywhere from 6 to 24 months for some people. It’s also important to remember that healing is not always a linear journey. Sometimes, factors beyond your control can slow your progress, but this is a regular part of the journey, and we are here to help you through both the highs and the lows.
-
The number of sessions will vary from person to person. It can depend on the depth and complexity of your issue, your dedication to the process, and the circumstances of your daily life and environment. Ultimately, your desire to succeed and take ownership of your health is the key to healing.

Our patients are of the utmost importance to us. Missed appointments are costly and take away valuable appointment time from others. We therefore ask that you be aware of your commitment and require a 48-hour cancellation notice, with no fee. There is an additional cancellation fee of $53-$195, depending on the appointment length.

Unfortunately, due to the nature of our practice and the insurance industry’s rejection of alternative medicine, we do not accept insurance or provide superbills. We strive to make optimal health accessible to everyone. Please mention any budget constraints when scheduling, and we will do our best to work with you.
