Aly is a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach (IIN) and Functional Nutrition Expert (mindbodygreen), with additional certifications in EFT Tapping and Reiki II. With her diverse training and experience, Aly takes a holistic approach, recognizing how nutrition, lifestyle, and all aspects of the self—mental, emotional, physical, spiritual, and energetic—are interconnected. 

Aly understands firsthand that healing and transformation are not always linear, and that the journey can be overwhelming at times. She is committed to providing the support and guidance she wishes she had to navigate dietary changes, make sustainable lifestyle changes, and be able to process the mental and emotional challenges that often go hand in hand with any health journey.

When it comes to food and nutrition specifically, Aly aims to support her clients in learning to fuel their bodies for optimal health and make lasting dietary changes that work for them. She recognizes that everyone has unique needs, preferences, and life circumstances that shape their relationship with food. She believes that how you eat is just as important as what you eat, and works with clients to cultivate a mindful connection to food that nurtures mind, body and soul.

What to Expect in a Coaching Session

In a 1:1 coaching session, Aly’s priority is to create a supportive, collaborative relationship where you feel truly seen and heard to share your challenges, needs, and desires for your health. Aly works to address root causes and strengthen self-awareness, to create lasting change and help you embrace your personal power in your health journey. In addition to deep empathy and compassion, you can expect education, accountability, action plans, resources including customized PDFs (such as meal & recipe guidance), and messaging between sessions as needed.

Health is a lifelong journey, and change takes time. Whether through a few sessions to get you off and running on your own, or long term support for ongoing accountability and the opportunity to dig deeper into root causes and change patterns, you’ll always leave with practical solutions and strategies to make tangible progress towards your goals—without the pressure of quick fixes or rigid rules. Aly’s approach is about finding what works for YOU, and connecting to your deeper “why”, to embody your unique version of health. 

Examples of how Aly can support you on your health journey:  

  • Functional nutrition - how to fuel your body for optimal health, and keep blood sugar stable. As well as practical resources and creating plans on how to successfully apply dietary changes. 

  • Relationship with food - working on mindset and how you relate to food, learning strategies to eat more mindfully, and navigate and heal root causes of emotional eating.  

  • Stress management - identifying tools to regulate your nervous system both as needed in stressful situations, and also through regular daily and weekly routines. Here we can really tap into the mental, emotional, physical and spiritual sides to yourself and your health journey to help you heal on every level (because it’s all connected).

  • Sleep health - basic sleep hygiene habits and creating sleep and wake routines that support your circadian rhythm and optimal sleep quality.

  • Menstrual cycle awareness - education around the menstrual cycle and cycle syncing, and how to build self-awareness around it and track your cycle.
